These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and club.php ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the club.php online gaming platform, accessible at clubphp.one and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related services.

club.php reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification checks at any point during a player's use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension pending verification.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) account on club.php at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your club.php account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You further agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. club.php will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Notify club.php immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Do not use another player's account or allow another person to use yours.
• Do not register on behalf of another person.
• Ensure your registered mobile number is active and accessible for OTP verification.

club.php supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers, as well as major credit and debit cards (Visa and Mastercard). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. club.php reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal timelines are as follows:

• GCash / PayMaya: Same-day processing for amounts under ₱10,000, subject to verification status.
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank: 1–3 business days from the time the request is approved.
• Card withdrawals: 3–5 business days, subject to the issuing bank's processing times.

club.php does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, for which club.php bears no responsibility.

club.php offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all club.php promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player welcome bonuses are available to first-time registrants who have not previously held a club.php account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the club.php platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards or information in live games, or coordinate betting patterns to exploit the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to club.php immediately and must not be exploited.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, payment fraud, or bonus abuse.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward club.php staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the club.php platform, its software, or its security systems.

club.php reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider.
• A player's request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Players may voluntarily close their club.php account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, club.php, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

club.php's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit club.php's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

club.php collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

club.php is committed to protecting your personal information and implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to safeguard data in transit and at rest. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent club.php from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
